In this guide, I share my tips for making money faster, the best buildings to prioritize, and some of the small details that make this horse game special. I cover everything from upgrading your Parking Lot and Breeding Station to earning money through competitions, breeding, and boarding. I also highlight some of my favourite little details, including foal behaviours, horse interactions, stable upgrades, and the beautiful scenery around town.
1. Parking Lot
The first thing I recommend upgrading is the Parking Lot. This allows you to bring more horses to competitions and earn money from multiple races.
Once your Parking Lot reaches Level 3, you can race up to 10 horses in different competitions every day. It is also one of the cheapest upgrades on your farm, making it a great place to start.
The reason I recommend upgrading this first is simple: the more horses you own, the more competitions you can enter. Winning championships will bring in more money, which you can then use to upgrade other buildings on your farm.
2. Stat Breeding
Stat breeding can be a long and sometimes frustrating process, but it is worth the effort.
You can continue playing normally while improving your horses’ stats, but one of the fastest ways to do this is by hiring Fiete to take care of your horses while you skip through the days.
The higher your horse’s stats, the more valuable it becomes. You can either sell horses with good stats for a higher price or keep them and enter them into championships. If they win, you will earn even more money.

3. Breeding Station Level 3
Once your Breeding Station reaches Level 3, you unlock the ability to sell your stallion’s semen.
This is one of the best ways to make money without having to put in too much extra work. If your stallion wins a lot of competitions, his semen becomes more valuable, and you can sell it for a higher price.
His foals will also be worth more, giving you another way to earn money through breeding.

4. Boarding
Honestly, I don’t board too many horses anymore. I mostly focus on my own horses and don’t spend much time on schooling.
At my current level, most of my money comes from breeding and championship-winning horses. I mainly take in part-boarders or full-boarders for fun and keep them in fields where Fiete can take care of them.
It is still a nice way to bring in some extra money, especially if you have enough space and don’t mind looking after other people’s horses.

Small Appreciations
While playing this game, I find it hard not to notice all the little details the developers have added. These are the kinds of things that some games wouldn’t even bother including, but they make the world feel so much more alive.
I’m sure there are plenty of details I haven’t noticed yet, but these are some of the small things that make me appreciate the game even more.
1. Stables Level 2 – The Hose
When you upgrade your stable to Level 2, you get a hose that you can use to fill your horses’ water troughs.
If you look closely, you will notice that the hose doesn’t just go straight through the building. Instead, it runs around the outside, making this small detail feel much more realistic.

2. Foals Running Back to Their Mom During Walks
When you take your mare for a walk, her foal will come along with you.
You may notice that the foal sometimes runs ahead but eventually comes back when it gets too far away from its mother.
It’s a very simple mechanic, but it makes the foals feel more alive. It is also a cute little detail that makes them seem like they want to stay close to their mummy.
3. Foals’ Confidence
Sticking with foals, their mother’s confidence can also affect how confident they become when they grow into yearlings.
A mare’s confidence can have both positive and negative effects on her foal, which is another interesting detail to pay attention to when breeding horses.

4. Scenery
There is some absolutely gorgeous scenery throughout the game that really brings this little world to life.
One of my favourite things is the attention to detail in the town. You can spot a small market, someone’s garden, a cafeteria with a table that still hasn’t been cleared, the riding championship arena, and that absolutely gorgeous fountain that brings everything together.
You can really tell that this is a little horse-loving town, and I love how much character the developers have added to it.

5. Stallion Behaviours
Stallions have some interesting behaviours when they are kept in the same field as mares.
If a stallion is in the same field as a mare, he can impregnate her. Also, if there is more than one stallion in a field with a single mare, the stallions can fight over her.
It’s a small detail, but it adds another layer of realism to managing your horses.

6. Yearlings
Yearlings will actually use the little shed in their field!
It’s such a small detail, but these are exactly the kinds of things I love noticing while playing.

7. Colour Coordinating
If you look at the fences around each field, you can actually spot tack that matches the colour of the pasture group assigned to that field.
It’s a lovely little design choice that makes everything feel more organized and gives each group its own identity.

8. Horse Behaviours in the Fields
There are so many adorable poses and interactions you can find your horses doing while they are out in the fields.
Whether they are grazing together, grooming each other, or simply standing around in different positions, there is always something cute to notice.
I love that the horses don’t all behave exactly the same way. These little animations make the fields feel much more natural and give the horses a bit more personality.
