Red Chat Ritual – TSUMIMI TIME Complete Walkthrough and All Endings Guide

Red Chat Ritual – TSUMIMI TIME Complete Walkthrough and All Endings Guide

By Editorial / October 23, 2026 / Walkthrough / 10 minutes of reading

In this guide, I show how I complete each chapter in Red Chat Ritual – TSUMIMI TIME, from the first investigation through the final deduction. I cover the important dialogue choices, investigation clues, shop items, and decisions needed to progress through the story and unlock different endings.

I have organized the walkthrough by chapter and day, making it easier to follow the correct route without missing important clues. I also include tips for earning money, saving before deduction sequences, and avoiding bad endings. If you want to discover every ending, including Endings 1, 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 404, this guide will help you understand the choices and investigations required to reach them.

Chapter 1 – Getting Started

Since this is the first chapter, I start with a few general tips that can make the rest of the game easier.

General Tips

  • Work full shifts whenever possible. You earn bonus money for working a full day instead of investigating in the morning and working in the afternoon. I recommend spending a full day investigating and another full day working whenever possible.
  • Use an auto-clicker if there is no skip button. Depending on when you read this guide, the developers may have added a skip option. If not, the 2x auto speed is painfully slow, and an auto-clicker makes getting through repeated dialogue much faster.
  • Always save before deduction sequences. You can usually recognize these sections because the time of day changes to late night, and you get one final opportunity to investigate something. If you enter the wrong answers, you may have to replay the entire sequence, so make a separate save beforehand.
  • Buy the important shop item in each chapter. Most shop items seem unnecessary, but there is one important item per chapter. I recommend purchasing it when possible. Other items might affect hidden stats, although I cannot confirm whether they do anything.
  • Do not investigate everything immediately. Some investigations can be safely ignored if they do not provide investigation files. Others may also be optional, but I cannot guarantee that every file is unnecessary because I encountered problems with the correct answers in Chapter 2.

Chapter 1 – Day-by-Day Walkthrough

Day 1

Work the full day to earn money.

Stream 1

Nothing important happens here. This section mainly serves as a tutorial, so you can proceed without worrying about your choices.

Day 2

Work the full day to earn more money.

Stream 2

  1. Choose “I’m so glad she’s alive” or do not send a Mega Chat.
  2. To obtain Ending 6, choose “My love has reached…” instead.
  3. Do not send a Mega Chat. This dialogue does not appear to be important.

Night 2

Buy the Potato Gun. This is the important shop item for Chapter 1 and is required to obtain an investigation node that helps you reach Endings 1 and 2.

Day 3

Work the full day again. Keep saving money because you will need it for important items in later chapters.

Stream 3

  1. The dialogue choices here appear to be optional. You can skip them without worrying about missing anything important.
  2. Do not send a Mega Chat. Any option should work.

Day 4

Investigate the plates, then return to work for the rest of the day.

Stream 4

  1. Choose “Let me help! Where exactly are you?” This is the first investigation node that becomes important later.
  2. Do not send a Mega Chat.

Day 5

You might expect to investigate more, but I recommend returning to work. Only one investigation node is worth checking today, so waiting until you can investigate two things in one day is more efficient.

Stream 4 – Additional Dialogue

Choose “They make tunnels shaped like that?”

The alternative dialogue, “Wouldn’t the building have burned down too?”, also appears to clear the chapter. However, it might lock you out of Endings 1 and 2. I have not tested this thoroughly, so I recommend using the first option.

Day 5 – Investigation

Now it is time to investigate properly. Check these two investigation nodes:

  • The 3-Hour Trip
  • The Hexagonal Abandoned Tunnel

These investigations provide important information about Tsumimi and the events surrounding the case.

Stream 5

  1. Choose “That newspaper, when’s it from?” This is why I recommend buying the Potato Gun earlier. Without it, this dialogue will not provide the investigation node you need.
  2. Choose “Go to the storeroom” or do not send a Mega Chat. The choices appear optional, but visiting the storeroom gives you the most interesting interaction.

Night 6

Complete your final investigation for Chapter 1 by checking Today’s Salsei Daily Report.

If you have followed the guide so far, you should have everything needed for the final deduction.

Chapter 1 Deduction: Use the solution shown below in the original guide to complete the chapter.

Chapter 2 – The Investigation Continues

Day 7

Welcome to Chapter 2! If you followed the previous chapter and saved your money, you should have enough to purchase the important item for this section.

Buy the Stun Gun, then return to work.

Stream 7

  1. Do not send a Mega Chat.
  2. Do not send a Mega Chat.

Both choices appear to lead to unnecessary dialogue, so there is no reason to spend money on them.

Day 8

Important: Create a separate save here.

Chapter 2 can be frustrating because the correct deduction answers may sometimes result in a game over. I encountered this problem during multiple playthroughs, even when I was confident that my answers were correct.

If the same thing happens to you, this save gives you a checkpoint to experiment with different choices without replaying the entire chapter.

For now, grab a mop and work the full day. It is time to return to the wage-slave simulator.

Stream 8

Choose “Check the floor.”

Thanks to the Stun Gun, this investigation becomes available. I still wonder why the game does not let you keep it for the final chapter.

Day 9

Finally, you can spend another day investigating instead of working.

Investigate these two nodes:

  • “Obtain Your Ideal Something” Church
  • Creepy Mannequin

Stream 9

Choose “Show just her face.”

Do not choose to show the body, as that leads to a bad ending. I recommend sticking with the face option to avoid unnecessary problems.

Day 10

Investigate both of these nodes:

  • Is Mashiro Alive?
  • Chainsaw-Patterned Fingernail

If you investigated the hand instead, use that investigation node where applicable.

Stream 10

  1. Choose “Just hide.”
  2. To obtain Ending 7, choose “Call the police.”
  3. Choose “Investigate it.” This is an important investigation node, so make sure you select it.

Day 11

Investigate Proof of Joy, then work a part-time shift.

You cannot complete both investigations and a full work shift efficiently today because the available investigation actions are unevenly distributed. I recommend prioritizing the important investigation before earning some extra money.

Stream 11

  1. Choose “Play it again.” This option provides the most interesting information, although I cannot confirm whether it is mandatory.
  2. Investigate “Under the Shelf.” This is an essential investigation node.

Night 11

Investigate the Earrings.

At this point, you should have everything needed to complete the Chapter 2 deduction.

However, I have encountered a game over here despite following the correct investigation route. If the game refuses to accept your answers, reload your save from Day 8 and experiment with different choices.

I cannot confirm which hidden stats or previous decisions might affect this section, so unfortunately, there is no guaranteed fix.

Ending 8

If Chapter 2 prevents you from progressing because the deduction keeps failing, you may end up with Ending 8.

If you manage to complete the chapter successfully on your first attempt, reload your save and enter incorrect answers during the deduction to see this ending.

Chapter 3 – Final Investigation

Welcome to Chapter 3, the final stretch of the game.

This chapter is where all the money you saved during the first two chapters becomes important. You will need to investigate almost every day, so make sure you have enough money left for the final required shop item.

Day 12

Buy the Soundproofing Sheets.

This is the final important shop item required for the ending route covered in this guide. Once you have purchased it, complete your final full work shift.

Stream 12

Complete these important interactions:

  1. Choose “Learn its history.” This is a key investigation node.
  2. Choose “Read more of the books.” This is another important investigation node.
  3. Choose “Show us more of the contents.” Do not mention that the writing looks like her handwriting, as doing so leads to a bad ending.

Day 13

Investigate these two nodes:

  • The Mass Manifestation Ritual
  • The Offering Ceremony

Both investigations are important for progressing through the final chapter.

Stream 13

  1. Choose “Paint eyes all over yourself too.” This is a fun interaction, and the other options appear to be fine as well.
  2. Choose “Play it again” repeatedly until you have selected it five times.

The repeated “Play it again” choice is essential to solving the case. One of my biggest complaints about the game is that it gives you almost no indication that this option is significantly more important than the alternatives.

Day 14

Investigate these two nodes:

  • The Video’s Reflection
  • Rebirthvillage on the Map

Make sure you complete both investigations before moving on.

Stream 14

  1. Choose “I knew from the start.” I cannot confirm whether this dialogue choice is mandatory, but this is the option I used.
  2. Choose “Show us what’s on the shelf.” This is where the Soundproofing Sheets you purchased at the beginning of the chapter become important.

Day 15

Investigate Reina Oshima, then work a part-time shift to earn the last bit of money before the final events.

Stream 15

Choose “About the Mannequins.”

As far as I can tell, the dialogue choices here are not particularly important, but this option provides the most interesting interaction.

Final Night

Complete the final investigation by checking The Parts Election.

This is the final stretch of the game. You have completed the investigations, collected the necessary information, and reached the last deduction.

If you have followed the guide, you should now have everything required to solve the mystery and confront the culprit.

Final Deduction: If you want to solve the case yourself, this is your last chance to do so before checking the solution provided in the original guide.

Ending 404 and Ending 4

There are two additional outcomes to keep in mind during the final deduction.

  • Ending 4: Replace “Fanatical Mother” with “Fanatical Father” in the final deduction.
  • Ending 404: Enter several incorrect or random answers during the final deduction. This is the ending you receive for failing to solve the case correctly.

After completing the deduction, you will face one final choice that determines whether you receive Ending 1 or Ending 2.

Choose carefully, as this is your last opportunity to influence the outcome.

Final Words

I hope this guide makes your playthrough a little easier. The game has an interesting concept and a gameplay loop that kept me curious, but several frustrating design decisions make the overall experience much worse than it needs to be.

Some quality-of-life features, such as a skip button and clearer indicators for incorrect deduction answers, would make a huge difference. More importantly, the game needs to do a better job of showing which dialogue choices and investigations are essential for progressing the story and which ones are completely optional.

I hope the developers address at least some of these issues in future patches. Until then, I hope this walkthrough saves you some time and frustration.

As for Ending 5 and Ending 3, I still do not have confirmed solutions. I am currently experimenting with Ending 5 and wondering whether refusing to give Tsumimi any funding might unlock it. Ending 3 appears to be the true ending, but I have not figured out how to obtain it yet.

If I discover anything else, I will update this guide.

Spoiler – One Last Question

Seriously, how does Tsumimi manage all of this without a license?

She somehow transports a quadruple amputee with no teeth onto a bus without raising suspicion, then apparently carries her for around three hours on foot.

I still have no idea how that is supposed to work.
