Over the Hill Vehicle Comparison and Locations Guide
ByEditorial/October 23, 2026/Walkthrough/2 minutes of reading
In this guide, I compare the vehicles in Over the Hill, including their stats, classes, and unlock locations. I organize the vehicles into Trail, Wagon, Workhorse, and Expedition classes, with tables showing their performance ratings. I also list the map locations and unlock requirements for each vehicle to make it easier to find and unlock them.
Scoring Rubric
Vehicle specifications are sourced from the unofficial OverTheHillDB community database. Gameplay observations are based on my completion of Canada and the three initial demo vehicles. I use the Protector’s stats as a baseline.
Vehicles are evaluated using six criteria, with each stat assigned one of four ratings:
Because upgrades generally improve performance, the rubric focuses on comparing vehicles against each other rather than judging them only by their starting performance.
Actual handling may differ because some data is unavailable:
Rollover risk, aka center of gravity.
Ground clearance.
Wheelbase and track width.
Turning radius.
